Silver chains

There are so many different types of silver chains. Here are both some pre-purchased thin silver chains and a little heavier handmade curbed links. Chains are a very wearable silver jewellery, as it highlights the colors of the clothes through its links.

Take some time and take a closer look at some handmade chain, because it actually needs attention!

I think heavier silver chains are really elegant, but I actually could not have imagined the problems that arise when making a handmade curbed link. As much precision and strength as needed when it has to be done in advance! But practice will give me skill, I tell myself.

I like the symbolism of a chain, that each link needs each other, that nothing gets stronger than the weakest link.
