To me the mussel is a symbol for the sea and the freedom it gives. But also the beauty and excellence of nature with its fine concentric growth lines, which makes it so vivid. All of that shows clearly with these casted mussles.
The mussel is about 2.5 cm and is casted from a mussel found in Bohuslän, Sweden. The earrings have an earpin soldered on the back.
Inside the hard shell, there might be a beautiful pearl hidden.
Available in both plain silver and in the darker oxidized surface.
