To me the sand gaper is a symbol for the sea and the freedom it gives. But also the beauty and excellence of nature with its fine concentric growth lines, which makes it so vivid. All of that shows clearly with these casted mussles.
The sand gaper casted is an open dubble mussel, 2 cm long incl the soldered ring and 2cm wide. The chain is sold separately.
